An exacting art requiring skill and artistry, decorative wood carving dates back to the ancient Egyptians and reached its zenith in the 17th and 18th centuries. Hand-carved wood is an essential feature of Colorado Style that adds a rich, organic feel to our elegant home furnishings. We also feature numerous hand-carved teak pieces, some of which have been reclaimed from traditional Indonesian houses and antique railroad ties.
