The collection’s inspiration is not bound by geography, but defined by the influence of destination living on lifestyle and attitude – from Martinique to the Maldives. Designs in Landara blend classic British Campaign and Colonial styling with indigenous influences from the West Indies, the Pacific Rim and African Safari. Crafted from Burnished Maple and Quartered Rosewood, pieces are accented with woven rattan panels, graceful shaped rattan, leather, carved bamboo, crushed bamboo, raffia, burnished brass ferrules and corner brackets, and aged brass nail head trim. Upholstered seating in the collection is plush and comfortable, with distinctive styling and four richly layered color palettes that speak to the theme of destination travel.
Padded panels of elegant woven linen in a rich chestnut brown coloration grace the headboard and footboard. Adjustable high and low post options, topped with carved finials, make this bed as beautiful as it is comfortable. Fabric available only as shown in Sawgrass.
Panels of padded woven raffia, trimmed with decorative nailheads on leather and elegantly framed with quartered Rosewood veneer, follow the sweeping curves of the headboard and footboard. Features a finished back with custom designed lion’s head hardware in an antique brass patina accenting each corner.
The signature African crocodile door pull, a custom designed jewelry-grade casting, symbolically completes a circle at the center of each door. Burnished Maple and dark Cherry inlay top with a quartered Rosewood boarder compliments the sophisticated detailing, while woven raffia door panels adorned with two sizes of nailhead trim bring about an element of casual elegance. Also features three felt lined drawers, with the center divided for silver.
