Product Description: This writing table was originally designed circa 1903 by artist and architect Harvey Ellis during his brief tenure with Gustav Stickley's Craftsman Workshops. It features a broad over-hanging top, one wide and two narrow drawers, and decorative inlay on the legs crafted from maple, cherry, black walnut, and ebonized hardwood. Place a. Harvey Ellis Deck. (sold separately) on top to replicate the original design with pigeonhole storage and mini-drawers. As striking in its design then as it is now, original Harvey Ellis Desks have sold at auction for prices ranging from $74, 000 to $200, 000. Available in solid oak.
